The USI Group’s business strategy is to acquire real estate in the USA, the UK and Continental Europe and to lease it on a long term basis to tenants whose cash flow is primarily generated, directly or indirectly, from government sources. It's investment philosophy is to invest in opportunities which offer predictability of cash flows, preservation of invested capital and potential capital appreciation.
